How to Complete the Course Each lesson includes exercise descriptions and short instructional videos that we recommend watching before coming to the pool. You will also find a main video lesson that you can follow in the water together with your baby by placing your phone on the poolside and playing the video. Each final lesson video includes exercises from the previous lesson along with new exercises. By progressing through all lessons and stages of the course, both you and your baby will develop muscle memory while gradually increasing the amount of time spent in the water. This step-by-step approach helps build confidence, consistency, and comfort in the aquatic environment.

This practical lesson includes a review section from Lesson 1, as well as the new exercises introduced in Lesson 2. All upcoming lessons will follow the same structure. This approach will help both you and your baby master the material, develop muscle memory, and gradually increase your time in the pool up to 40 minutes. By consistently reviewing previous exercises while introducing new ones, learning becomes more effective, comfortable, and enjoyable for both parent and child.
