In this exercise we use the “armpit” support, the baby has his face turned away from you. Your index fingers touch the jaw and are held on the surface of the water, thereby controlling the level of contact with the water. The baby while doing this exercise remains upright, and only every 3rd wiggle you touch the water with your ear, slightly laying the baby on his back, but touching only one ear. And continue the rhythm of movements of 3 wiggles after touching the ear of water.
When the ear touches water, the child holds his or her breath, so it is important to cycle every 3-movement and give time to take a full breath before the next repetition.
