You begin to hold your baby in a “parallel support” facing away from you. Next, you put your bent knee for support and intercept the baby’s ankles. For the stability of the position, you tilt your torso slightly backward and pull your belly up. Practice this position on land, knowing that if you are comfortable, so is your baby.
Hold your baby in the “potty” support, you take the baby’s feet and do the exercise like on the video. All the movements are done under water.
