In this exercise we use the armpit support. The baby is facing away from you. In this exercise the baby remains upright, for every 3 wiggles you touch the ear to the water, slightly laying the baby on his back, touching first with one ear and then the other. The baby experiences quite powerful sensations, but the number of repetitions you adapt these feelings. Ideally, the baby should lie relaxed on his back for 10 seconds. Also observe the cycling for every 3 -movements and give time to rest.
