Hold the baby in “armpit” support with your index fingers and thumbs pointed upwards and held on the surface of the water. Move the baby forward onto your tummy and then backward slightly leaning the baby onto your back. Do the exercise on your right side. Try to make the amplitude* of the movement wide and calm.
In this exercise we use armpit support. Remember that your index fingers and thumbs are pointing upwards and are held on the surface of the water. The baby remains upright while doing this exercise, and your task is to make the movement as wide as possible. Watch the video.
