You hold your baby with his/her face parallel to the support, slowly swaying and starting to place the baby on his/her back on your shoulder, then swaying to the right and to the left back to the upright position. If the baby is very tense, you do not force the baby to do this exercise. You systematically offer to try again for 1 second, gradually increasing the time. Your task is to adapt the baby and hold the position on your back for up to 10 seconds in a relaxed state.
