Starting at three months old and continuing until twelve months old, our infant classes use the Get Swim method where, in ten steps, we teach your childrensubmersion and starting to swim independent. Our classes include water gymnastics and boosting immunity with the difference of the water temperature and the air temperature. In this class, you can track your child’s progress over our three levels of development in their skills.
We also specialize in helping our students gain their confidence in the water, focus on reminding them how to hold their own breath underwater, and how to swim independently.* Learning how to swim in early life helps children with their sleep cycles, hypertension of the muscles, hypertonicity, and muscle placement.
